Now that a federal judge has correctly dismissed the PETA suit seeking constitutional status for orcas (Local, Feb. 9), it is also time for a federal suit to strip corporations of their falsely constitutional status. If animals are not humans under the 13th Amendment, then neither are corporate entities people under the 14th.
